really a great opportunity. this is my first time to work at the hot line.

very tired, but I am so glad that I have the opportunity to meet and have a talk with Chief Chef Johnny Tam who is from 鯉魚門...and help him at the hot line. It is really a great learning experience for me, especially this is my first time to work at the hot line . =)
