If market economy (capitalism) is so that good, why e.g. the United States faced or is facing great depression/economic recession nowadays and in the past??

If centrally planned economy (communism) is so damn bad, why e.g. China did not and does not face economic recession/financial crisis nowadays or in the past??

Does it mean that a county which has a powerful military force that can control/take place other countries is a good country and has a good (economy) system??

When people were young, people just depended on technology (e.g. cars), and they did not want to walk because of laziness.
Now, they want to walk but they can't (they even cannot walk to outside their houses) because they are too old to walk. Their feet and knees hurt too much.

假若沒有機會如遇上問題，也即是沒有機會獲得到智慧，祗要學會運用思考來解決問題，智慧便會增長，問題就不會是問題，因為智慧就是用來解決問題的。
此外，然而我們卻常說，等我老了，要去環遊世界； 等我退休，就要去做想做的事情；等孩子長大了，我就可以去當志工………我們都以為自己有無限的時間與精力。
其實我們現在就去一步一步實現理想，就不必在等待中徒耗生命，現在努力一步一步接近，我們就不會活了半生，卻出現自己最不想看到的結局。

《活在當下》那個意思，即是不須計劃到有收成的日子才去享受，雖說目標須要定立，但也可以把快樂與休閒加插在內，沒有人知道下一刻會發生甚麼事，計劃太長遠的話，最終是否真的能享回成果呢？太過重於工作，又錯過了多少美好時光呢？"
